How can I help?

Spread the word – help us to raise awareness. Talk to your friends and family about our group and what we do, follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube and share with your friends.

Make a donation – either a one-off or regular donation. Every donation is welcomed, however small and goes entirely to helping those in need. 

Fundraise for us – whether you feel inspired to run a race, host a cake sale or organise a quiz night, here’s where to get started. Fundraising can be great fun and also raises awareness of the cause.

Volunteer your time – as well as fundraising, there are several other ways you can help us. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in 

• helping us to run the charity – if you have skills or experience in communications, marketing, finance, admin or fundraising we’d love to hear from you
• providing one-to-one conversational language support for local refugees
• mentoring – if you are an engineer, teacher, doctor or dentist ask us for information about becoming a mentor 
• volunteering in the field – we have contacts with several agencies and can provide information about how to go about this, you can even read some volunteer stories for a bit of inspiration.
